EnpacTM
(2500)The Enpac® family is a
collection of Windows® CE based, high performance, portable condition
monitoring data collectors and signal analyzers. Enpac allows for easy
condition monitoring of equipment found in many process industries.

The
Enpac 2500 is the latest addition to the Enpac family of portable data
collectors.
The Enpac 2500 combines with the RSI Emonitor software to
create an easy to use, cost effective, scalable solution that meets the
needs of the novice as well as advanced user. The small, rugged, and light
weight design makes it ideal for industrial environments. New 1/4VGA color
LCD display allows for clear viewing in almost any light situation. Speed
improvements through the addition of the latest chip design and co-processor
for winCE environment. 2-Channel function option allows for advance use of
orbits, cross channel phase, and simultaneous data collection. Modular
design offers easy component add on and future improvements.
EnpacTM
(900-1200)
The
EnpacTM
data collector is a Windows
CETM -based, high performance, 2-channel
data collector and signal analyzer. Enpac
allows easy condition monitoring of equipment found in
many process industries such as power generation,
petrochemical, pulp and paper, and primary
metals. Enpac collects field data, including vibration
information and process variables, over a range of
10CPM (0.16 Hz) to 2,400.000CPM (40KHz).
Bearing assessment is carried out using the
industry proven gSETM and gESP Spectrum
measurements. Enpac integrates with Entek’s award
winning Emonitor OdysseyTM Machinery
Information System and with EnshareTM,
Entek’s Enterprise Asset Health software.
Enpac utilises the latest advances in analogue
and digital electronics, including digital signal
processing (DSP) and the industry’s highest resolution
A/D converter to provide both speed and accuracy in
the data collection process. The instrument
incorporates a 1/8 VGA resolution screen for
easy reading and comprehensive data presentation and
interpretation. On-Line context sensitive HELP, built
in to all applications, enables Enpac to be easy
to use. A built in optical (Laser) tachometer
ensures that correct machine speed information
can be detected and stored without the need for
accessories and associated cables. Enpac accepts
standard Type I or Type II PCMCIA cards such as
SRAM, ATA and Linear Flash Memory, Modem and VGA
Cards. The instrument is powered by the latest
Lithium Ion, low maintenance, off-the-shelf,
battery technology. Enpac is available in the
following options:
Enpac 900A:
A process collector with
1/8 VGA screen, ideally suited for use in demanding
environments as an electronic Log Sheet.
Enpac 900B:
A process collector with
1/4 VGA screen, ideally suited for use in demanding
environments as an electronic Log Sheet. Enpac
900B also uses a touch-screen interface.
Enpac 1200A:
A powerful vibration data
collector with a 1/8 VGA screen, ideally suited for
demanding environments that require fast simple
data collection. Can be upgraded to 2-channel and
Off-Route.
Enpac 1200B:
