Easy-Laser® D150 has a combined detector/display instead of targets. The laser transmitter generates a laser plane that lies parallel to the reference pulley.
The detector reads off the position in relation to the laser plane and displays the parallel and angle phase digitally live. This makes alignment of the adjustable machine extremely easy. The accuracy of the reading means that you can be within the prescribed alignment tolerances and rely upon the result. Suitable for most types of drive, such as V-belt, timing belt, flat belt and chain drives.

Easy­Laser® BTA Digital2 is attached in a few seconds (magnets) with the laser transmitter on one of the sheaves and the detector on the other.

The transmitter generates a laser plane parallel to the reference sheave. The detector reads the position in relation to the laser plane and provides a live digital display of both offset and angular value. This makes the alignment of the adjustable machine very simple.

The accuracy of the digital readout also means that you can align within prescribed tolerances and rely on the result.
